Tim Knauer

As a native of Frankfurt, Tim never thought he would work in agriculture one day. Today he is responsible for our vineyards and is therefore responsible for the most perfect grapes possible.

Since 2019, the entire winemaking process has been eco-certified. And that is particularly important to Tim. "We live from nature and from what we grow. That's where you shouldn't take a robber-baron approach to nature, but make sure that everything stays in balance." And it helps the taste, too, because "the actual quality of the wine is created in the vineyard."

He would find it funny to insert two "Es" between the "B" and "R" and produce a fine beer one day. Rather than a beer, however, he prefers to drink the VDP. GUTSWEIN "Orange" dry wine.
