As a true Rheingau boy, there is no way around wine for Marius. He stuyied International Wine Business in Geisenheim. In 2015, while still a student, he worked at Balthasar Ress in the Tasting Room and hosted wine tastings. He then gladly seized the opportunities that arose for him in the company.
Marius is now responsible for domestic sales and represents our wines in different parts of Germany. What he appreciates about Balthasar Ress is that it is a true family business and finds that the entire team is "a really great bunch of people who have quickly become his own family."
In his job, no two days are the same, and he always has a >>Von Unserm<< in his luggage just in case, "as a liquid business card".
