Sales: The Sales Department serves customers in about 40 countries around the world with Germany as the most important market. A wide variety of sales channels (B2B, B2C, own POS, online shop, etc.) and market segments (gastronomy, retail, wholesale) are served.
Logistics/Warehouse: Every year, hundreds of thousands of bottles are equipped here, thousands of orders are processed, thousands of packages are packed and shipped, thousands of pallets are moved, and many containers are loaded - with the help of hardware and software and with the power of machines and employees.
Human Resources Department:The HR Department at Balthasar Ress is responsible for recruiting and personnel processing for the entire group of companies with over 100 employees at the Hattenheim, Wiesbaden and Frankfurt locations.
Production: The production with about 55 hectares of vineyards, the grape and wine processing as well as the filling and equipment of the wines is the core of the winery. This is where a large part of the Balthasar Ress team works.
Marketing: The Marketing Department develops the Balthasar Ress brand and implements target group-specific communication measures. A wide variety of channels and instruments are used together with offline and online media.
Financial Accounting: The Finance Department at Balthasar Ress is centrally responsible for the entire finance and accounting of the entire group of companies, which generates total sales of well over €10 million.
