The Sylter Rundschau about our Keitum vineyard: Record harvest for Sylt sparkling wine
In the article "Grape success: Hobby vintners achieve record harvest for Sylt sparkling wine" published by the Sylter Rundschau on September 26, 2021, author Oliver Sippel reports on our harvest on Sylt.
"It was agreed among the vineyard tenants that we will process the Sylt grapes into sparkling wine in the future," reports winemaker Christian Ress. Whose production takes a year longer, but the wait was worth it."
