Promotion in the renowned Gault Millau

The long-awaited upgrade of our winery to the 4th Gault Millau grape has finally been achieved! According to the Gault Millau wine guide, we are now among the "top wines of the region". We are delighted to receive this award.

Under the leadership of Markus Roll, our production team has succeeded in achieving the highest rating to date for Balthasar Ress in one of the most authoritative German wine guides. This position has long been our ambition, and we are delighted that it is now also recognized by critics as an appropriate expression of the quality of our wines.
