Falstaff Best of Northgerman Wine

In the August issue of Falstaff magazine, our 2019 Söl`ring Solrais Sekt extra brut was awarded 90+ points in the article: "Best of North German Wine". It is written: "The aroma is floral, citrus, but also has yeasty components. in the mouth, the wine has a strict acidity, a quite fine mousseaux, the restrained dosage emphasizes the freshness and the pithiness of the wine."
