Tasting Notes:

Very exciting, complex aroma of ripe lime, geranium and apricot, plus herbal spice. A noticeable minerality follows on the palate, along with subtle notes of brioche, delicate flowers are also present, sensory dry with ideally integrated acidity, good draw and long finish. (Ulrich Sautter)
