From wein.plus: Firm, nutty and still slightly yeasty, a touch malty aroma of ripe, partly candied and preserved, partly exotic yellow fruits with herbal and dried floral aromas and distinct minerality. Ripe, again preserved and candied, sweetish, somewhat warm fruit, moderate acidity, caramel tones and some yellow spice, yeasty nuances, vegetal hints in the background, persistent, deep and dense, intense minerality, fine grip, red berry tones, also bitter orange, tightens with air, very good to long, juicy and relatively sweet, yellow-spicy and very mineral finish, again with and candied tones. Currently rather in an intermediate phase.
