Tasting Notes:

Lemon yellow in color. Initially slightly herbaceous on the nose, followed by grapefruit, lemon and violet. Very clean and precise fruit on the palate with good acidity enlivening the attractive sweetness-acidity game, flavors of wet stone lead into the good finish. (Ulrich Sautter)
