We are pleased with the rating of our 2019 "Söl'ring" Solaris Sekt Extra Brut with 90 points by Falstaff.

"Grapey and yeasty, in hints also already a fine autolysis spice. Medium-fine mousseux in the mouth, lively acidity, lots of juiciness and a touch of sweetness, has a nice twist to the spiciness and will definitely benefit greatly from further aging. Good length."
