We have thinned our treasure trove and checked our rarities for quality and re-corked them for you.

As part of this process, the rarities were opened, tasted individually, cork taint and possibly unfavorably developed bottles sorted out, re-sulfurized and filtered. They were then refilled into the cleaned original bottles and given new labels. Bottles cared for in this way have the "Ress Family Reserve" logo on the label as a distinctive mark and a tag with the date the procedure was carried out and the signature of the cellar master responsible - both clearly visible and valuable promises of quality.
