The "Rheingau Held" shows its colours
On the occasion of the current situation in Ukraine, Christian Ress and Count Marsilius von Ingelheim, managing directors of the Rheingau Music Festival, have decided to show their colours with the help of the "RHEINGAU HELD".
The "RHEINGAU HELD" is a classic dry Rheingau Riesling, of which € 1 (net) of the sales price per bottle is donated to charity. The proceeds will now go to the fundraising appeal of the Youth symphony Orchestra of Ukraine, whose members had to flee to Slovenia due to the prevailing war in their home country.
"The "RHEINGAU HELD" helps where it is needed most!" emphasises Christian Ress and Count Marsilius von Ingelheim adds: "In this case, it serves to support musically gifted children, teenagers and young musicians who have lost their homes, instruments and family income due to the war. Our aim is to enable young Ukrainian musicians to overcome the trauma of war, while encouraging all those who are struggling to make music again."
The special edition of the "RHEINGAU HELD" is available now in the Balthasar Ress online shop at the web address www.rheingau-held.de and in the Balthasar Ress Wine Bars & Vinotheques in Hattenheim, Wiesbaden and Frankfurt.
