Our wine bars & vinotheques open

After a long wait, the time has finally come: Our wine bars & Vinotheken in Wiesbaden and Frankfurt open their doors again on Friday, June 4!

We have used this long time well to renovate both wine bars & Vinotheken.
The renovation of the exterior facade and the installation of the new awning in Wiesbaden is still pending - here, unfortunately, the protracted negotiations with the monument protection have greatly delayed the work, but this has now been successfully completed.

In Wiesbaden, by the way, the fixed glazed shop windows will soon be replaced by windows that can be opened. We would have liked to have finished this before the reopening, but the current (completely crazy) shortage of wood on the market put a spoke in our wheel. We then enjoy the anticipation of the new window front all the longer.

In addition to visual embellishments, we've also re-designed our menu. In collaboration with Les Deux Dienstbach, many new delicacies have been created that combine the Rheingau with French charm.

In addition, it is very important to us that you and we stay healthy, for this we have developed a hygiene protection concept. Among other things, the concept provides for the following: Daily testing of our staff, digital guest data collection for contact tracking, mandatory masks for staff and guests (except at the site) and control of negative proof, convalescent status or proof of vaccination. This ensures a very high level of protection for you and our employees.
