Fine wines in fine établissements

Fine wines and fine dishes make the ultimate couple from a hedonistic point of view.

No less than two new couples have found and united in Germany's top restaurants this month.

For example, you can now enjoy our "32" Rheingau Landwein Riesling dry in combination with the exquisite French cuisine of Ösch Noir, the two Michelin-starred restaurant of the Öschberghof from the Black Forest. The fresh bouquet with hints of popcorn, caramel and brioche perfectly complements the composition of celery, bean and sea buckthorn included in the vegetarian menu. (Pictured left)

The Michelin-starred TAWA YAMA FINE in Karlsruhe skillfully showcases our 2001 Berg Rottland Riesling Spätlese. The still-present, elegant acidity of our 2001 Berg Rottland Riesling Spätlese forms the perfect pairing with developed, full-bodied aromas of ripened tropical fruits, pumpkin notes and a hint of rosemary to the dessert composition of apricot, hibiscus, vanilla and sea buckthorn.
